Guides aim to make buying a home easier

Mortgages are child's play according to Bank of Ireland Mortgages with the release of its three new mortgages guides

Mortgages are child's play according to Bank of Ireland Mortgages with the release of its three new mortgages guides. After researching consumer attitudes towards obtaining a mortgage, the bank found that buying a first home was considered a confusing and stressful process.

Finding Your New Home is designed to give anyone viewing a property simple advice on how to assess a potential home. It includes an extensive list of questions, a property scoring section and colourful "we're moving" postcards. Your First Home uses a 17-step map to explain the mortgage process for first-time buyers. Old hands are not forgotten and Moving On, Moving Up explains procedures for moving or extending a home.

All three new guides received the UK Crystal Mark for easy-to-understand, customer-driven communications. For further information call 1850 365 365 or ring your local Bank of Ireland branch.
