Hewlett-Packard has won a £250,000 (€3.17) contract with Irish Life & Permanent to supply the IT infrastructure for its new mortgage website.

The site - which is live at www.yourmortgage.ie - features a detailed mortgage quotation that includes all the costs associated with a mortgage.

It also provides a full online application, the ability to log on to a secure service to monitor the progress of your application, plus the option of communicating with the lender over a secure connection when logged on to your application.
