The High Court has adjourned legal proceedings by the court appointed inspectors investigating the affairs of Ansbacher (Cayman) Limited.
Mr Justice Smyth was told by pending that decision. The four inspectors - Circuit Court Judge Sean O'Leary; Mr Michael Cush SC; Ms Noreen Mackey, a barrister; and accountant Mr Paul Rowan - have obtained High Court permission to serve notice on the Cayman company that they require to see the company's documents in relation to its Irish business.
