Horizon Technical Services (www.hts-europe.com), the Internet working, training and consulting division of the Dublin-based Horizon Group, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with German firm, avodaq AG.

Both companies are closely linked with Cisco Systems Inc (www.cisco.com) and provide consulting and training services on Internet-working technologies.
