The quoted company is increasing its range of frozen products to meet a rising demand for convenience foods. Its store on the Tallaght Road, Dublin, will employ 42 people, bringing its number of employees in the Republic to over 200 The company also opened stores in Finglas, Dublin and Letterkenny, Co Donegal, this year. Last year it opened its first stores in the Republic, at Ballyfermot, Dublin, and Dun Laoghaire. It has 29 stores in Northern Ireland. Last year, the company, which has over 700 outlets in England, Scotland and Wales, had a turnover of £1.5 billion sterling.
