A consortium of private Irish investors established by Dublin accountants Farrell Grant Sparks has acquired SFG Properties, a subsidiary of Scottish Life, in a deal worth more than £75 million (€95 million). The SFG portfolio comprises 51 properties throughout Scotland.

A breakdown of the portfolio shows that 46 per cent of income is in the retail sector, 6 per cent in retail warehousing, 29 per cent in industrial and 19 per cent in offices.
