Law firm McCann FitzGerald has been selected as Irish counsel for an online legal service being developed by Cygnifi, a JP Morgan spin-off, and London law firm Allen & Overy.

The service, named Trinity, is aimed at derivatives traders taking collateral in new markets or in cross-border transactions. It provides subscribers with online access to detailed legal research and information about the enforceability of collateral in a range of jurisdictions.
