Estate agents Hamilton Osborne King are quoting a guideline price of £10 million (€12.7 million) for the former Irish Press headquarters at Burgh Quay, Dublin, after it was withdrawn at auction yesterday. The property is being sold by The Irish Times which secured full planning permission and fire certificates to refurbish and extend it to provide a net floor area of 47,891 sq ft and a basement car park with 10 spaces.
