ITouch, the wireless information company, has signed a partnership agreement with the Israeli mobile phone operator, Cellcom, to offer mobile services in Israel.

ITouch Israel, a joint company with the Monitin Group - owners of Globes Financial Daily - will provide a range of local and international news, sports, weather and financial information.

ITouch, which is 50 per cent owned by Independent News & Media, recently reported losses of £9.9 million sterling (€11.81 million) for the nine months to the end of September.
