THE six executive directors of IWP International received salaries of £838,000 in the year to March 31st 1996, or an average of £140,000 each. This compares with £507,000 for four executive directors, or an average of £127,000 each, in the previous year. The six also received an annual bonus of £370,000 (average £62,000), compared with £75,000 (average £19,000). The benefit in kind for the six came to £59,000.

The three non executive directors received fees of £45,000 (£15,000). Dr Frank Lancashire, a former executive director, who resigned in December 1994, received a compensation payment of £99,000 last year.
