LOOKERS, the British motor dealer company 29 per cent owned by Woodchester Investments, has sold the fuel oil business of Charles Hurst, the Northern Ireland motor dealer it acquired last year.

Lookers Gas sold the Hurst Fuels division to John Hogg & Company for £2.25 million sterling. The proceeds will be used to reduce borrowings and fund investment in the core motor dealer business.
