Making a healthy return on equity

The business community around town is buzzing with talk of the latest batch of millionaires

The business community around town is buzzing with talk of the latest batch of millionaires. Some say it's a sign of the zenith of a bull market economy. Others are, er, slightly jealous in their view.

There have, of course, been a whole string of multi-millionaires - Pat Loughrey and Ronan McNamee in Cuisine de France; a bunch of senior executives in New Ireland; the Aldiscon shareholders and a few others.

But the one which has raised the most eyebrows are Sean Melly and his colleagues in TCL Telecom.
