THE Frankfurt stock market pushed its way up to new record highs yesterday, as the DAX index breached the 3,000-point level for the first time ever. It reached its highest point ever at 3,011. 17 "points during the session before settling back to slightly lower closing levels.
Paris CAC 40: 2,425.10 (+17.33)
The Paris Bourse joined in the record derby again yesterday with the CAC 40 index gaining 0.72 percent on to reach an all-time closing high of 2,425.10. Trading was very active with volume of 8.8 billion francs on the monthly settlement market.
