The DAX climbed to its 11th straight record closing high, excited by the Dow Jones pushing through the 7,000 point mark yesterday. The Frankfurt bond market rose, and the average yield on government issues fell by 0.04 of a point to 4.80 per cent.
Paris CAC-40: 2627.42 (-0.99)
The CAC-40 index slipped marginally on the day after having reached an all time high of 2,643.98 in the morning session. Share volume remained high.
