Marlborough International, the recruitment company listed on the Dublin market, has announced that it is in negotiations to acquire a private British-based recruitment company. In a statement issued to the Irish Stock Exchange yesterday, the company said these negotiations "may or may not" lead to the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the target company.
