An article entitled "Whelehan buy-out backed by Barrys" in last Tuesday's editions, incorrectly identified Mr Tony Barry, chairman, CRH Group plc, as being involved in the acquisition of Whelehan & Co. The Mr Tony Barry referred to in the article is a nephew of Mr Tony Barry, Chairman, CRH Group. The latter has no connection with or interests in Barry's Tea or any of its associate companies.
