Hibernian Life & Pensions has announced this year's terms for its Celebration Bond, Celebration 2001. This is the latest version of the unitised with-profit bond, which has attracted more than £422 million (€536 million) in investments over the past four years. Like previous bonds, Celebration 2001 features a special first-year minimum guaranteed rate of return. The new rate is 6.5 to 9.5 per cent, depending on the amount invested.
