Public relations firm Drury has appointed Anne Marie Curran as managing director. She will succeed Pádraig McKeon in the role. Ms Curran (32), a director of Drury, will take up the managing director position from June 1st.
She joined Drury in 2004 and has worked on the corporate and financial communications side of the firm.
The company, which was established in 1989 by Fintan Drury and Billy Murphy, secured fee income of €3.2 million from its clients in 2009, it said yesterday. This was down 30 per cent on the €4.6 million fee income recorded in 2007 and 2008.
Ms Curran said Drury had enjoyed “a very strong first quarter” to 2010.
