Irish Marine Oil (IMO), which last month completed the acquisitions of Irish Base Metals and Minco Ireland, is examining the "feasibility value" of having an Irish listing, according to chairman Dr John Teeling.

Although registered in Ireland, IMO has a quotation on the OFEX market in London. It is now looking at the possibility of having a listing on the Exploration Securities Market (ESM) in Dublin. Dr Teeling, in his annual review to shareholders, said it may also make good commercial sense to consider an AIM listing in London simultaneously.
