Name: Damian Costello.
Title: Business development manager, Allies Limited.
School: CBS Ballinrobe, Co Mayo.
College: University of Limerick and National College of Art and Design, Dublin.
Marital status: Nearly.
Home: Portobello, Dublin.
Most important life event: Getting engaged to Sinead last March.
Biggest business break: Gaining my current position. Allies is a major product design resource and helping plan and deliver its future is incredibly rewarding.
Biggest business mistake: None that I'd care to print.
Time of getting up: 8.30 a.m.
Time of finishing work: 8.30 p.m.
Favourite breakfast: What's breakfast?
Form of exercise: A regular bit of five-a-side soccer - "bit" being the key word.
Favourite TV programme: Recently, Channel 4's 1940s House. Favourite radio programme: Eamonn Dunphy's Last Word - anytime I get to go home early enough. I love controversy.
Commuting time: 35 minutes - 20 minutes at 8.30 p.m.
Favourite airline: Aer Lingus, it still has the best staff - for the time being.
Worst thing about travel: The blandness of the whole generic, international, same-everywhere, beige hospitality hotel/plane/ airport/taxi thing.
Favourite pub: Frank Ryan's, on Queen Street on a wet Sunday afternoon. I've moved since but I still miss it.
Favourite restaurant: Locke's in Portobello, it's where I proposed.
How do you spend your free time: If I get a chance, I love to cook. Especially for friends or family. I'm very fussy though, a complete pain in the ass in the kitchen.
Person you admire most: Sinead, of course.
Dying words: Of course I switched it off at the mains first.
