A new online firm says it can save first-time house-buyers up to 70 per cent of the costs associated with buying a house.

A new online firm says it can save first-time house-buyers up to 70 per cent of the costs associated with buying a house.

Ezhome is offering an all-in charge of £675 (€858) (including VAT) to first-time buyers for a range of services including conveyancing, valuation and survey costs.

This deal will also include three months home insurance, mail redirection services and a change of address notification. The service will compete directly with traditional legal firms which can charge more than £2,000 for some home buying services.

Ezhome will offer additional facilities such as assistance and full processing for mortgages, life assurance and home insurance through a choice of lenders.
