Oil prices simmered but came off the boil after OPEC said it was ready to make up any shortfall left by Iraq's decision to halt exports in protest at US-British efforts to impose new sanctions. Benchmark Brent North Sea crude for July delivery was selling for $29.17 a barrel from $29.07 on Friday evening.
