Openet Telecom, a Dublin-based provider of software for the telecoms sector, has opened a US headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

Openet, which recently signed an important deal with US telecoms firm AT&T, already has US sales offices in San Francisco, Dallas and Orlando.

Its customers include Convergent Networks Services, Esat, Essent and First Mark.
