The Organic Centre in Leitrim is offering "symbolic shares" as part of a campaign to raise £95,000. The share certificates are issued in £50, £100 and £500 denominations and perpetual "shareholders" are entitled to free entry to the centre for life.

The Organic Centre provides training, information and demonstrations in organic growing and welcomes visitors to its open gardens.

Nineteen display gardens on the site include a kitchen garden, heritage varieties, edible flowers, herbs, cut flowers, a children's garden, willow sculpture area, unusual vegetable garden and more.
