ORMONDE Mining, the small exploration company which gained an Irish listing last February, is planning a "very active year" for 1997, with drilling programmes planned for several areas and extensive regional exploration, according to chairman Mr Mike Donoghue.
In his annual review, he noted the exploration work carried out in Tanzania, with "encouraging results" from both the Mrangi and Simba Sirori licences. "Our faith in Tanzania's exploration potential is clearly well founded."
