Parthus Technologies chief executive Brian Long sold £16.5 million worth of shares during the group's recent share placing, according to a disclosure to the Stock Exchange. Mr Long sold 7.8 million shares at the 210p placing price but has retained 110.7 million shares or a 21 per cent stake in Parthus.
Another director, Michael Peirce made £2.7 million from the sale of 1.3 million shares while Peter McManamon made £4.3 million from the sale of 2.1 million shares. Followng the share sale, Mr Peirce holds 3.5 per cent and Mr McManamon 5.3 per cent of Parthus.
