Shares in mobile phone software group Parthus Technologies have continued their strong recovery after the group unveiled a multi-technology agreement with semiconductor giant STMicroelectronics.

Parthus has also acquired STMicroelectronics' 20 per cent stake in their joint venture, Silicon Systems Design, for $13 million in cash and a 3 per cent stake in Parthus capped at a $23 million value.
