The five executive directors of Fitzwilton increased their remuneration, including pension contributions from the company, from £723,000 (pension £162,000) in 1994 to £855,000 (£169,000) in 1995. This also included performance related bonuses of £199,000, up from £140,000 in 1994.
The figures are not directly comparable as one director, Mr P. Power, received remuneration for four months in 1995 from Novum (Overseas) and 12 months in 1994. That subsidiary was disposed of in April 1995 as part of sale of the Novum Group.
