Kinman Public Relations has strengthened its team with the appointment of Ms Susie Cunningham as account executive

Kinman Public Relations has strengthened its team with the appointment of Ms Susie Cunningham as account executive. Ms Cunningham will provide consultancy support to clients in the telecommunications, technology, agri-business, retail and food industries.

Moffett Engineering has made two senior management promotions at its Dundalk headquarters. Cost accountant Mr Jason Quinn has taken up the position of financial controller. Health and safety officer Mr Frank Woods has been appointed human resources manager.

Ms Emer Fitzgerald has been promoted to manager of the Marlborough Group offices in Cork. Ms Fitzgerald previously worked in Marlborough's financial division in Dublin.

Two new appointments have been made at Prudential Europe. Ms Mary Browne has been appointed head of IT, having held a number of positions within the IT department, including head of applications' development. Mr Bruce Gunn has been appointed head of actuarial. Prior to this appointment, Mr Gunn held a number of senior management positions within the company in actuarial, product development and operations.

Marketing firm Rothco has announced two senior appointments. Mr Douglas Baxter, former head of marketing at the Wall Street Journal Europe, has been appointed as a board director. Ms Kerri Judge has also been appointed to the board of Rothco. Ms Judge has been with Rothco for the past three years.

Mr David O'Neill has been appointed managing director of sales and marketing distribution company Stafford Lynch. Mr O'Neill joined the Stafford Lynch group in April 2000 as sales director.

Opera Ireland has appointed Mr David Collopy as chief executive. Mr Collopy joined the organisation as administrator in 1985 and has held the posts of general manager and executive director.

Ms Fiona Mulvaney has joined Waterford Technologies as director of training.

Eontec has announced the appointment of Mr Patrick Brazel as executive chairman.

BDO Simpson Xavier recently announced two new partnerships. Mr Derry Gray, who joined BDO Simpson Xavier in 1995, has been appointed partner of consulting services. Mr John Gilmor-Gavin, who joined the company two years ago, has been appointed a partner in the tax planning department.

Mr Stephen Dunn has been appointed sales manager at Independent Radio Sales. He joins from Viacom Outdoor where he was sales manager.

Global telecommunications group Cable & Wireless has hired Mr David Healy as a senior account manager in its global networks division.

Advance Learning has appointed Mr Charles Williams as vice-president of business development. Prior to joining Advance Learning, Mr Williams was head of consumer training for Gateway Computers EMEA.

The recently established Music Board of Ireland has announced the appointment of Ms Maura Eaton as chief executive. Ms Eaton is currently music officer with the Arts Council.

Aspera Solutions has announced a number of new appointments. It has recruited Ms Karen Kavanagh as marketing and sales executive. Ms Kavanagh has joined Aspera from Swiftcall where she held the role of marketing executive. Aspera has also appointed Ms Niamh Hassett as analyst programmer and Ms Maria Fernandez as product support analyst.

Mr Richard Sheehan has been appointed sales and marketing manager at Data Solutions.
