John Henderson (Ireland) Ltd has made two new appointments. Mr Sean O'Grady has been appointed retail operations adviser and Ms Colette Byrne has been appointed retail operations adviser.

Mr Declan Flanagan has been appointed manager of regulatory affairs at Eirtricity. A graduate of University College Galway and the University of Ulster, Mr Flanagan joins the company from IBEC where he was responsible for energy and environmental policy.

C&C Ireland had appointed Mr John Noble marketing manager for all Pepsi Cola International brands in the Republic. Mr Noble holds a BSc in management from Trinity College Dublin.

Ms Suzanne Ali has been appointed executive search consultant at MRI Worldwide. Ms Ali spent 19 years working for an international freight company before her appointment.

L. K. Shields, Solicitors, has made two new appointments. Mr David Williams joins the firm as a partner in the banking and financial services department and Ms Nicola Palmer joins as associate in the property department.

Ms Brenda Devereux has joined Advanced Cosmetic Surgery as manager of the company's information centre. After completing a marketing degree with the Portobello Business School, Ms Devereux spent five years in a customer care role with Cuisine De France.

QMS, the service centric Irish software company has made two new appointments. Mr Duncan Styles has been appointed managing director and Mr Frank Cole has been appointed executive chairman.

Mr Padraig Power has joined JWT Communications as director of promotions. Mr Power worked previously with Independent News and Media.
