Farrell Grant Sparks, the accounting and consulting firm, has appointed three new partners

Farrell Grant Sparks, the accounting and consulting firm, has appointed three new partners. Mr Derek Donohoe has been appointed as head of special projects, Mr Ken McCullagh as head of corporate finance and property and Mr Declan O'Hanlon becomes a partner in tax.

Ivernia West and Minorco, which are currently developing the Lisheen Mine project in Co Tipperary, have made three senior management appointments.

Mr Bill Cash becomes concentrates sales manager, responsible for all aspects of the sale of zinc and lead on behalf of Lisheen.

Mr John Peters becomes human resources manager. He was previously deputy group human resources manager in Avonmore Waterford Group.

Mr Gordon Graham becomes information technology manager with responsibility for all aspects of Lisheen's information support systems. He previously worked as business analyst/IT manager with Elan Corporation.

Aer Rianta has announced three appointments. Mr Brian Hampson, formerly Aer Rianta assistant chief executive (finance) becomes assistant chief executive, corporate affairs and company secretary. He will also have responsibility for group marketing and internal audit.

Mr George O'Connor, assistant chief executive, personnel and organisational development, becomes general manager of Dublin Airport.

Aer Rianta International has appointed Mr John O'Dwyer as purchasing manager with responsibility for international procurement and logistics for the company's duty free activities.

Mr Paul Booth, has been appointed managing director of McDonald's Restaurants Ireland. Mr Booth joined McDonald's in 1983 as a trainee manager. In 1994 he was appointed managing director for Romania and recently was operations director in McDonald's, Hungary.

Ms Diana McCabe has been appointed director of Financial and Corporate Communications (FCC). She joined the firm in 1991 and specialises in corporate communications, sponsorship and event management.

The Dublin-based brand communications agency, Pro Motion, has appointed Mr David Reape as account manager. Mr Reape was previously employed with Gilbeys Ireland and Cawley Nea Advertising.

Avenue Marketing Communications, the marketing and project management agency, has appointed Mr Andrew Whelan as director.
