Mr George Maloney has been elected as president of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for a 12-month term. Mr Maloney is corporate services partner at O'Hare and Associates Dublin.
Rondomondo, Eircom's digital media publishing venture, has appointed Ms Aine Healy as broadband studio manager. Previously, Ms Healy worked with Telefis Na Gaeilge, Tara TV, and Orbit Satellite and Radio Network in Rome.
Mr Stephen Carroll has been appointed finance director at Providence Resources and joins the board of the company. Mr Carroll has been group finance manager since September 1999. Prior to joining Providence, Mr Carroll was head of finance and company secretary with Tuskar Resources.
