THE High Court decided yesterday that it will consider a scheme of proposals on January 27th next in respect of Formprint Ltd, Concorde Industrial Estate, Bluebell, Dublin, to which an examiner was appointed last October. The date for the hearing was set by Mr Justice McCracken after he was told the scheme had been adopted at a meeting of creditors. On October 21st last year, the High Court appointed Mr Paul W. McKay, accountant, as examiner to the company.
