A former key employee of Grafton Recruitment Ltd, who is now working for the Marlborough Group, has given an undertaking to the High Court not to solicit customers of his former employer.

Mr Gary McCarthy, counsel for Grafton Recruitment, told Mr Justice Kevin O'Higgins yesterday that an action to restrain Mr Seamus McGrath from attempting to poach his client's customers had been settled and could be struck out with liberty to apply again to the court.

Mr Frank Callanan, counsel for Mr McGrath, told the court his client undertook not to canvass or solicit any person, firm, company or customer of the Dundalk branch of Grafton Recruitment until after November 1st next.
