XPERT Technology, the investment vehicle which purchased the maintenance division of the Reflex Group, has reported pre-tax profits of Pounds 420,000 in the year to the end of April.

Xpert Technology's majority shareholder, Mr Aidan Farrell, was a founding director and a former managing director of Reflex until his resignation in 1995. A company statement yesterday said Xpert currently had no bank borrowings and its balance sheet showed an end-of-year cash balance of Pounds 938,000.
