Irish strategy consultancy firm, Prospectus, has acquired Cryan Consulting, an Irish technology consultancy, in a combined cash and stock deal understood to be worth less than £1 million (€1.27 million).

Prospectus said the combined operation would have projected revenues in excess of £3 million in its next fiscal year.

Ms Mary Cryan, owner of Cryan Consulting, is a former chairwoman of the Irish Software Association and will join the board of Prospectus and lead the company's technology division.
