Discount retailer Dealz is set to recruit 160 temporary positions across its 30 Irish stores to manage the busy Christmas period.

The Irish arm of the UK retailer Poundland, Dealz now has 30 stores across Ireland including Portlaoise, Blanchardstown, Limerick and Tralee.

Jim McCarthy, CEO at Dealz, said that the chain, which launched in Ireland in September 2011, is looking for “conscientious and enthusiastic individuals, who strive to provide the best possible customer service”.
