Accounts just filed by chef and restaurateur Eamonn O’Reilly for Frossway Ltd, the owner of One Pico on Molesworth Place, Dublin, indicate the business is weathering the recession better than most of its peers.

The abridged accounts show accumulated profits were €536,639 at the end of 2010, up from €331,808 at the end of 2009.

Last year Mr O’Reilly was voted the Georgina Campbell chef of the year. Earlier this year he opened two pubs in Stepaside, Co Dublin.
