Geoff Meagher, former deputy group managing director of Glanbia, has been appointed a non-executive director of investment group One51, as part of its board renewal programme.

Mr Meagher, who was recently appointed to the board of Enterprise Ireland, assumed the role on February 20th, and he will also act as a member of One51's audit committee. Mr Meagher served as group finance director and as deputy group managing director of Glanbia from 2005 to 2009. Since 2009, he has operated his own consultancy business advising a number of clients.

Last month One51 announced the retirement of chairman of the board, Denis Buckley, and the appointment of his replacement, Denis Cregan, the current chairman of Kerry Airport, as well as a number of other board changes.
