The American teleservicing group, Sitel Corporation, has taken over the Irish company, Telephone Marketing Services (TMS). The consideration, which is being paid in cash and Sitel stock, was not disclosed but TMS has annual revenues of $1.5 million (£1 million).

TMS provides inbound and outbound teleservices for Irish and international companies engaged in computer software, entertainment, consumer products and financial services.
