CORK SOFTWARE firm Voice Sage is to create 25 jobs in Dublin with the opening of offices in Dún Laoghaire. The offices, which are part of a €7 million investment, will house VoiceSage’s technology and commercial departments.

Founded in 2002, VoiceSage provides software that facilitates automated telephone calls. It has won significant business in Britain where major catalogue companies, including Scotts of Stowe, and white goods manufacturer Indesit/Hotpoint, use the web-based service to schedule home deliveries.

VoiceSage claims it has achieved growth of over 300 per cent in each of the past two years.

VoiceSage’s new office was officially opened by Tánaiste Mary Coughlan yesterday. The new jobs are in the areas of software engineering, research and development and customer support.
