WinSpark Communications, a Dublin-based start-up which aims to provide applications and services for the wireless market, has opened for business.

The company is headed by Mr Peter Fitzpatrick, who has more than 20 years experience in the IT/Telecoms sector.

WinSpark will target telecom operators who want to leverage additional revenues and profit from their investments in 2G and 3G technologies.
