THE delivery by a High Court judge of his decision in the long-running action resulting from a fire at the Superwood plastics plant in Bray, Co Wicklow, goes into its fourth day today.
The action involves a claim by Superwood for £92 million damages with continuing interest by Superwood following a fire in 1987.
Superwood had sued Sun Alliance Insurance Group, Prudential Assurance Co Ltd, Church and General Insurance Co Ltd and Lloyds.
