Every time something comes along to brighten up the day for bored or stressed out office workers, inevitably someone tries to spoil the fun.
And so it is with the Internet. The Net has provided hours of innocent and not so innocent entertainment for desk jockeys across the globe in recent years. Everything from planning holidays, sourcing products and whiling away the hours in chatrooms has captivated slacking staff.
The craze has not gone down as well with employers, who have been flocking to companies that help them block employees from accessing pornography, gambling sites or just time-wasting.
Not content with that, such products can also alert your boss if you try to access recruitment sites to get away from such constraints. Not fair, really. Is it?
