CANON SELPHY CP780: PRINTERS ARE not usually something to get excited about, but with digital cameras now an essential piece of kit for most people, the time may be right to consider investing.

After all, there’s little point in taking the photos if they languish on your hard drive.

Canon’s latest Selphy printers are compact and produce prints that would rival your local photo lab in terms of quality. The Selphy CP780 is one of the newer ones to hit the market. Available in pink, blue, silver or white, the printer has a large 2.5-in colour LCD screen to view photos before printing and will print directly from memory cards. Get the optional battery pack and you can take the printer with you. An extra Bluetooth adapter means you can print from your mobile phone or similar devices.
