Business mobile service Blueface is calling on Ireland’s entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas as part of a new competition aimed at providing support and services to start-ups.

Blueface Elevator 2012 will give start-ups three minutes to sell their ideas to a panel of judges. The winner will receive a €50,000 package of telecommunications services, radio advertising, public relations and legal advice.

The competition is open to all sectors of business, with companies under five years qualifying. The products and services being pitched must be in beta mode or on the market for less than a year.

The competition will take place in Carphone Warehouse stores around the State, with seven finalists competing in the company’s Grafton Street, Dublin, store in July.
