Nest Thermostat E: cheaper, sleeker and still smart

The most obvious benefit of the Nest Thermostat E is that it is less expensive than the Nest Learning Thermostat.

Of course, there are other differences – the Nest Thermostat E is only available in white, its interface is simpler than the Learning Thermostat, and it doesn’t have the sensors that detect your movement across the room and activate the display.

However, aside from that, the Nest Thermostat E will do the most important thing you want from it: control your heating, and learn from your preferences.

While the Nest Thermostat E may not specify in the name that it’s a learning thermostat, it’s still smart enough, and with the money you’d save forgoing the fancy extras, it might put the Nest in more homes.
