Nike Training Club has been slimmed down to save space on your device and beefed up with new workouts that you can download as you need them. There are more than 100 workouts on the app, from circuit challenges to running, all with the aim of getting you in shape. You can sign up for a 30-day programme that will take into account your ultimate fitness goals, and with trainers who range from Nike's own master trainers to athletes such as Maria Sharapova, there are plenty to choose from. The video and audio instructions are necessary for many of the exercises to start with, although there are plenty of easier exercises to tackle straight away. You can customise your exercise drills, to opt for those that work best for you. The app will track your milestones as well; when you reach a certain number of minutes of workouts, you're awarded a trophy, so you feel like there is always something new to work towards.
