Metal and plastic may be the most popular materials for your PC and Mac peripherals, but you can buck the trend with this more natural touchpad. The Oreé touchpad is fashioned from a single slab of wood – maple or walnut – and functions as both a trackpad for your computer and a numerical keypad. On the surface of it, it doesn’t look like much, but the device supports multitouch and standard mouse gestures. However, it only works with Macs on OS X or PCs runnings Windows 7 or 8, so if you have an earlier operating system, you’re out of luck.
