Paper by fiftythree for the iPad

If you've just bought the new iPad, this is the perfect app to show off the crisp, clear Retina display. Paper's gorgeous interface comes with virtual pens, pencils and charcoals for sketching, scribbling, drawing and adding watercolour effects. If you're a designer you need this, if you're not you'll still want it. Works best with a stylus. Irish company Maglus is about to launch an iPad 2 stylus ( ipad.applydea.com/).

If this then that

Don’t you wish you could automate some of the little things that you do everyday online? Like every time you “star” something in Gmail, it’s sent to Evernote? Or if someone retweets you, then you automatically thank them.

What about having every YouTube video on your “watch later” list downloaded to Dropbox? If this, then that. Simple. There are hundreds of similar “recipes” created by users and you can add your own tasks too.

‘Don’t Stop Believin’ as sung by the movies

If the cast of Glee has ruined Journey's Don't Stop Believin' for you, prepare to find it awesome again. Mash-up artiste @drapersayswhat has recreated this 1980s classic by stitching together words from famous movies. See how many you can spot. Mad Men fans will also love this guy's supercut of the permanently perplexed Jon Hamm in Don Draper Says What ( iti.ms/IyFIYr). WHAT?
